YIN YANG: 30min of YANG (Dynamic yoga) and YIN (Passive stretch), designed to make you feel balanced and rejuvenated.
STRETCH: Calling athletes, office workers, or those who've worked those muscles hard! This is a session of active stretches to lengthen your muscles, increase mobility and reduce risk of injuries!
